Buying from Enterprise Bullion
We accept Bank Wire Transfer, ACH, & Business Checks as acceptable means of payment for online and phone orders. We accept credit cards for orders totaling $2,500 or less. Please see our payment options page for more information.
All orders are shipped once full payment has been received and completely processed. Your order may arrive in one or multiples boxes on the same day or separate days, depending on your order value, weight, and size. We pride ourselves on offering delivery methods that are safe, secure, and efficient. Once your item ships, you will be notified by Enterprise Bullion with your tracking information.
All shipments from Enterprise Bullion are covered under our shipping insurance policy. In the unlikely event there is a problem with your shipment during transit, we will work with you to ensure you receive the products you ordered. However, we will not accept responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages if 1) you left instructions with any carriers or delivery service to leave parcels unattended, 2) you requested to waive the required signature, and/or 3) you advised any delivery personnel to leave your package with another individual who is not listed on the shipping address, such as a neighbor, building manager, or drop-off location.
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, it is extremely important that you contact Enterprise Bullion immediately.
In the unlikely event that a package has not been delivered, we will be unable to refund or reship the order until the designated carrier has notified us in writing that said package has been declared lost and/or stolen. At that point in time, we will either replace the original product or refund the full purchase price, based on our sole discretion.
When an order is placed with Enterprise Bullion, all transactions are locked in at the time of purchase and cannot be cancelled once we have issued a confirmation number. All orders with Enterprise Bullion constitute a legally binding agreement.
Payment must be made within the following time frames:
- Business/Bank/Cashier’s Check: Received at our office within five (5) business days of order confirmation
- Wire Transfer: Received within two (2) business days of order confirmation
New York State requires us to apply 8% sales tax to any orders being shipped to cities within New York. When purchasing raw bullion over $1000 total in one order, New York residents are exempt from this sales tax requirement. Orders for certified coins and numismatic items will be subject to New York State sales tax if shipping to a New York address.
Market Loss Policy
When purchasing from Enterprise Bullion, you are instantly provided with a confirmation number that is a binding agreement locked in with our company. This confirms the transaction and the prices agreed upon by both parties, and it cannot be cancelled once confirmed. If you fail to pay for your order, we reserve the right to recover any losses we incur due to changes in spot prices and product premiums in addition to a $39.50 cancellation fee.
Any market fluctuation in the price of the product from the time you confirm and when you cancel is your liability. You will be responsible for compensating the cost of any losses obtained during this period. Any market gain on cancellations shall remain the property of Enterprise Bullion and cannot be used to offset the $39.50 cancellation fee.
All prices are locked in and final once we have issued a confirmation number. All transactions are final; however, in the event a customer fails to complete the transaction, all orders are subject to our market loss policy. Any market gain that may occur as a result of cancellations is the property of Enterprise Bullion. Furthermore, we reserve the right to cancel any orders when the confirmed price is incorrect for any reason or if we do not receive payment in the time frame outlined above.
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. Therefore, to ensure you are a satisfied customer, qualifying orders may also be eligible for returns or exchanges. Bullion may not returned. Numismatics may only be returned or exchanged if specified during the confirmation or otherwise it is assumed there are no return privileges.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) privileges must be requested within 48 hours of receipt of your item. Should you wish to liquidate your purchase any time after this period has expired, we will buy it back at our prevailing buy price rates. Returns must be received at our facility within 7 business days after issuing an RMA confirmation. Our receiving department cannot process returned products that are received without an RMA. Please contact us to request an RMA before shipping back the product. Please allow 24-72 hours for our accounting department to process your request.
