In order to provide our customers with competitive prices, we determine the fastest and most cost-effective method for delivery after your order is submitted.
Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Overnight. UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to post office boxes.
Tracking & Delivery
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Depending on shipping method, please allow 2-7 business days for delivery. If you have not received your order, please log into your account and check your order status, as some items take longer to ship than others. Depending on the order, some orders may be held until items with longer shipping times are ready to ship. Your order may be shipped in one or multiple packages and all packages may not ship the same day.
All orders are packaged inconspicuously and will never mention our company name or anything referring to items of value, such as coin, bullion, gold, silver, etc.
A signature is required on all packages over $250.
All shipments, regardless of size, are covered by our insurance policy. In the unlikely event your shipment is lost or damaged, we will refund your money or re-ship your items at our discretion.
If your item is lost in the mail or arrives damaged, contact us immediately. For damaged packages, we must be notified within three business days after delivery.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for your package if you leave instructions for delivery personnel to leave the package unattended or with a neighbor, doorman, or signed for by an employee at a rented mailbox such as the UPS store. Such requests void our insurance. It is our responsibility to file a claim with our insurance company if we deem the package has been lost or damaged during transit.
